"In Stock" Items
If your item is marked “In Stock” at time of ordering and in your confirmation email, we will aim to have it picked and packed within 24 hours. Please then allow for a general service by Border Express for carton delivery times or our chosen carrier. Delays may occur around Christmas, Easter and public holidays.
"No Stock" Items
If your item is marked "No Stock" at the time of ordering and in your confirmation email, it will need to be ordered or is currently waiting delivery to us. We will give you an estimate time of when we expect to receive the stock
Once we received the item, we will aim to have it picked and packed within 24 hours. Please then allow for standard Border Express for carton delivery times or our chosen carrier. Delays may occur around Christmas, Easter and public holidays.
"Special Order" Items
If your item is marked a Special Order at the time of ordering and in your confirmation email, it will need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Supply times can take up to 12 weeks.
Multiple Item Orders
If we only have a part of your required order, we will ship the goods separately. Once we receive the remaining back order we will ship the in stock items ASAP to you. You can request to wait for all goods to be shipped together.
Delivery to PO Boxes
We do not deliver to PO boxes for cartons, only retail packs
Silica Gel Direct does not charge for delivery in Australia
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Any goods, which are damaged or defective, delivered after their "use by" or "best before" date, or which are not otherwise in accordance with the customer's order, may be returned Silica Gel Direct within a reasonable time after delivery, at no cost to the customer.
For all warranty claims, Silica Gel Direct will arrange for pick up and assessment of the goods at no cost to the customer. If a product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer, then Silica Gel Direct will facilitate a replacement of the product or offer a refund.
My parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe!
From time to time parcels do go missing. If your parcel has been dispatched and you have not received it within 7 business days, please contact our office on 1300 784 984 or email email@example.com and we will contact the nominated transport company to find where the parcel is. If the parcel can’t be found we will send you a replacement.
